The visitor and future customer of AngryNerd.gr agrees to: a) provide true, accurate and complete information to register a new customer account and b) maintain registration information accurate, reliable and complete at all times, and c) not to use purchased goods for commercial purposes without written permission from AngryNerd.gr.

The visitor, user and customer of AngryNerd.gr understands and accepts the international nature of the Internet and agrees to respect and strictly observe the local rules and laws of each state and country and, specifically, commits to faithfully follow the law regarding data transmission from Greece and Europe to third countries (USA, Asia etc.).

Valid order conditions
Visitors, users and customers of AngryNerd.gr may order products online at any time as long as they are at least 18 years old and are applicable to do so according to the Greek Civil Code. AngryNerd.gr may ask for the customers' birth year during registration, however, this information may be easily forged and for this reason, AngryNerd.gr cannot be held responsible as it cannot verify it.
All purchase contracts (online orders) are governed by Greek laws as amended by European Directives relating to electronic commerce. For any dispute, responsible are the Courts of Thessaloniki in Greece. AngryNerd.gr reserves the right to modify the types or the quantity of the products available online at anytime with or without prior notice.
Prices
The prices listed on this website are in Euros and include VAT and all relevant taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
AngryNerd.gr shows accurate product prices and quantities but can not guarantee the complete absence of error. If there is an incorrect price on a product, AngryNerd.gr will grant the customer the discretion to either buy the product at its actual value (the correct price) or cancel the order.
Payment
The acceptable payment methods are PayPal and Cash on Delivery (available only when shipping to a Greek address). Accepted credit cards are those presented by the PayPal system.
Delivery
The customer must verify the good condition of the purchased products when received. The customer has the right to refuse damaged or defective products and inform AngryNerd.gr immediately. AngryNerd.gr is held responsible only for damages when the package remains still intact and unopened (factory-sealed).
Delivery normally takes 2-7 days (to Greece), depending on the manufacturer, product and delivery address. Date of delivery can not be guaranteed as AngryNerd.gr has no effect on delivery delays affected by the manufacturer and / or shipping company.
If an order returns back to AngryNerd.gr quarters due to an invalid shipping address, the customer has the right to correct the shipping information (name and address) and retry delivery by paying the respective shipping costs. All products are property of AngryNerd.gr until they have been fully paid by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
Our customers have the right to return a product within fourteen (14) days, as long as it's in its original state and suitable for resale (factory sealed, without any damages and AngryNerd.gr safety sticker still intact). This rule applies only to products marked with "Get your money back" guarantee which will be displayed in the products' page. This right excludes products such as DVDs, books (Manga), accessories, posters, stickers, clothing and costumes. The return period begins from the date the product has been delivered to the customer.
When returning a product, the customer must be assured it is still factory-sealed, unopened, without any damages and AngryNerd.gr safety sticker still intact. The costumer is responsible for the return costs. When AngryNerd.gr receives the product, is it obliged to fully refund its price back to the consumer within seveb (7) calendar days.
Replacement
The customer has the right to replace a purchased product that is defective, damaged or it's other than the one ordered. To return a product, the customer must have the invoice or sales receipt. We recommend customers to inspect the package upon reception. In such cases, the customer has the right to request for a product replacement within fourteen (14) days of package receipt date.
Before a return or a refund is processed, it is recommended to contact AngryNerd.gr first. The conditions are: Contact AngryNerd.gr within 24 hours when receiving a defective or wrong product to identify the problem. Send a request to return a product from the contact page, within fourteen (14) working days.
Property rights
Trademarks and domain names which are used in this website are AngryNerd.gr assets. The company reserves the right to bring civil, administrative and legal actions against to any violator.
Copyrights
The contents of this website are protected by exclusive copyrights. Texts, design, pictures and especially the graphics are bound to AngryNerd.gr. Reproduction of this website or any of its contents is only allowed when you are officially cooperating with AngryNerd.gr. Copies of elements of any kind (eg. digital content), particularly of photographic material is not permitted without a written permission from AngryNerd.gr. The company reserves the right to bring civil, administrative and legal actions against to any violator.

Applicable law

For any dispute arising from the use of AngryNerd.gr services or for any other reason between the visitor, user or customer and the company (AngryNerd.gr), responsible are the Courts of Thessaloniki in Greece.
If a dispute arises regarding these terms, between the visitor, user or customer and the company, before initiating any legal action, please contact the company within 15 days after the occurrence of events. Failure to meet this condition constitutes a breach of the contractual term which has been concluded between the visitor, user or customer and the company (AngryNerd.gr).
