What is this AngryNerd.gr that you speak of?

AngryNerd.gr is an e-shop that imports and distributes, mainly in Greece but not only, geeky stuff dedicated purely to the western culture.

What can I buy from AngryNerd.gr?
At AngryNerd.gr you will find a large variety of products for personal use like keychains, bags, jewerly etc and items that can decorate your home or use in everyday life like figures, posters, mugs, glasses etc.
By simply navigating our two main categories you can see all the product types at a glance!
You can also pick products from your favorite theme, using our “Theme” navigation tab.

Is it safe to make an online purchase on Angrynerd.gr?
Not only do we use the latest SSL protocols, but we also adhere to the GDPR directives.
Your personal Data is encrypted in our Database and you can ask for their complete removal any time you wish to.
You can also make your purchase as Guest, which means that all personal Data -other than the ones needed for shipping- will not be stored on our server.

And on that note...
Why should I register as a member?

  • First of all, your data will be kept encrypted on our database, so they will be safe.
  • Since your data is saved, all you have to do is sign-in and your next order will only need a couple clicks to be placed.
  • You will NOT be spammed with newsletters, unless you already chose to stay informed via Newsletters during your registration.
  • As a Member, you will be able to collect Exp Points with every purchase

How can I buy something?
Navigate our website or use the search to find what you are looking for
When you find it put the item in your basket by using the dedicated buttons.
To go to your basket, click on the upper right area of the website labeled "My Cart".
There you can review your items or the quantities that you like, remove items and choose the payment method you prefer.
When you are sure about your order you can proceed to the checkout by clicking one of the two available options "I have an account" for returning customers or "I don't have an account" for new customers.
Fill in your details and click the finish button and that's it!
If the selected payment method of your order is by Credit Card you will be redirected to the corresponding website to complete your payment.

What are your payment methods?
AngryNerd.gr offers four payment methods
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) - only for orders inside Greece
Pay at your door with no credit cards or other online/offline transaction when you receive your order

2. Credit Card Payment.
Pay in advance and securely via Eurobank secure e-commerce platform using all Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards.

3. Only for Greece Bank transfer.
You can transfer money directly into one of our bank accounts (they will be provided, once you choose this option). Keep in mind that the transfer costs of the transaction will have to be paid by you (OURS, not SHARED).

4. Paypal
Pay via Paypal using all major credit/debit cards. In this case, you will be charged the PayPal commission fees.

What about shipping?

For orders inside Greece
All orders inside Greece are handled and delivered by ELTA Courier (Door-to-Door) that makes sure that your order will be there at your door in one day, for most areas in Greece or 2-3 days for difficult to reach areas like Greek islands.
Shipping cost is 2€ for all orders under the 40€ mark and, for orders that exceed 40€, the shipping costs are free!
You can now choose Geniki Tahidromiki with a 5€ shipping fee. With this shipping method, there is a surcharge for big parcels, so check the final cost before finnishing your order.

Your order will be delivered by ELTA Courier (Door-to-Door) at your door in 2-3 days for 12€.
Your order will be delivered by your local post office (using regular registered international airmail). The cost will be automatically calculated by our website depending on the weight of the packaged product..

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Your order can be canceled, up until the time before it is shipped (normally 15:00 on working days).
As soon as possible, contact us through any of our channels (phone is faster at working hours) and we'll do it for you.
If you have already paid (Credit Card), ask us for a refund.

What are the exp points?
Exp points are our way of rewarding our customers!
With every order you make, you get exp points.
For every € you spend, you get 3 exp points, which are accumulated in your account and can be used for discount on any next order you make. Every exp point is equivalent to 1 cent of discount. So, for an order of 50 €, you get 3x50 exp points. That is 1,5 € discount on any future order. Your exp points are activated to be used for discount 1 week after your original order.

You can use them on your cart, before completing your order, by selecting the option “exp point" field and insert the Exp points you want to use. Your total available Exp points will be visible just bellow.

You get Exp Points only as a registered customer. If you make your order as a visitor, no Exp Points will be awarded.

What about out of stock items?
Many of our items will eventually run out (sorry about that) and you will see the “OUT” sticker on its photo. We try to restock as frequently as possible.
You can hit the “Notify me by e-mail” button on the item’s link and after providing your email in the pop-up screen, you will be notified immediately as soon as it becomes available again.
Even so, some of our collectibles and popular items will stop being produced. For a couple of months, we will try procuring them from other distributors. If that does not work, we will deactivate the items to avoid website clutter.

Why do some of the items get a price raise?
Some of our items (especially after a long time being out of stock and before becoming available again) will get a price raise.
That of course is the price of dealing in collectibles. Many of the companies producing our items will eventually raise their prices because of import taxes, cost of labor, currency conversion or even popularity of their products. We can absorb some of the extra cost, but sooner or later the mark-up will reach the final price tag.
Of course this can work both ways. Sometimes we get cheaper wholesale prices and our products get a price mark-down.

I need something I can’t find in the website!
We pride ourselves on our wide range of product variety. That does not mean that we have everything (practically impossible).
You can contact us via our contact form, email or FaceBook message and let us see if we can find what you want.
You can make it easier for us by sending us a link from where you saw it.

Can I return a product?
We at AngryNerd.gr want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore you can return a product that you bought from us in 14 days since its arrival.

If the product:
1. Was delivered damaged
2. Item in question is manufacturer defective
3. It is not something you ordered (possibly a mistake in our part, sorry about that)
then all shipping costs for its return are covered by AngryNerd.gr in Greece (abroad return fees are payed by you).

On the other hand if you were not satisfied by said product you can still return it with shipping costs payable by you. In this case the product must be unopened and in good condition.

In any case when you return a product you can claim a replacement for it, ask for another product or claim a refund for the total product value.
All replacements or refunds are made within seven (7) days after the arrival of the return package to our warehouse.

For all returns you need to contact us right away!

What qualifies as a Manufacturer defective product?
A defective product is a damaged product in a sealed box.
It can be a broken part or simply it does not do what it's supposed to do (e.g. a mood light that does not switch on).
It is NOT a collectible action figure that got broken because it was given to a child to play with.
Also, since many of the collectibles are hand-painted, a small inperfection is to be expected and does NOT qualify as a defective product. That can be replaced with another, but the cost for the return and resending will be yours.
